Verizon Voip Review
Verizon Review:
Summary:
Verizon is a very large company with a reputation of quality and reliable phone service. They offer a decent list of calling features, however, like Vonage, it may be difficult getting good customer support at times, because of their large customer base. They are also more expensive than most of the other services that we’ve reviewed.
Plan Selection:
• Residential 500 minutes
• Residential unlimited minutes
• Business unlimited minutes
Installation/Use:
When you sign up, Verizon will send you a free phone adapter that you plug into your broadband modem and your phone. They also have an online control panel to configure various calling features.
Support/Help: Verizon has an online FAQ, and toll free phone support.
