Summary:
ViaTalk is a great choice for VoIP service. They offer a lot of features at a relatively low price and a 14-day money back guarantee. The downside is their customer support. We have called them on several occasions and each time experienced unacceptable hold times, sometimes as high as an hour or more. If customer support isn't important to you as price and features, ViaTalk may be for you.

Installation/Use:
When you sign up, ViaTalk will send you a free phone adapter that you plug into your broadband modem and your phone. They also have an online, user friendly web-based control panel which you can use if you want to configure various calling features.
Support/Help: ViaTalk offers toll free phone support (however hold times can be quite long at times), online chat, an online trouble ticket system, online forums and an online knowledgebase. They also have a priority support option for an additional $1 per month.
